Job Description

Work in small teams to successfully guide sales and marketing strategy for pharmaceutical clients. Primarily focus on analyzing primary research data with state-of-the-art data analysis tools and developing regression models to predict prescription behavior. Also responsible for analyzing large-scale prescription data from pharmaceutical companies and blending with primary research data.

Business Data Analysts will:

• Conduct data and statistical analysis using tools such as Python, SAS, and WINCROSS and ensure quality excellence
• Develop and implement artificial intelligence, machine-learning,modeling, and advanced analytics tools for data analysis
• Learn and use state-of-the-art analytics
• Analyze survey or secondary data to tease out insights and provide answers to clients’ business questions
• Have the opportunity to work on exciting Big Data analytics projects
• Collaborate with other team membersto ensure the analyses are correctly interpreted and communicated to the client
• Interact with partner companies

Opportunities for Growth: On this track, there are opportunities to grow into the Analysis Manager role, and eventually into the Senior Analysis Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in data analysis is required
• Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and intellectual curiosity are essential
• Attention to detail is required
• Thorough expertise in MS Excel is required
• Strong statistical or mathematics background preferred
• Comfort with Python or SAS is strongly preferred
• Willing to work in a consulting environment
• Willing to take responsibility
• High-energy individual, “can-do” attitude a must
• Candidate should be flexible in terms of type of work and schedule
• Good communication skills are a plus
• Ability to turn data into insights is a plus

Candidates with a few years of experience may be considered for senior level positions as well.
