UserEdge™, SRI’s User / Non-User qualitative research offering, employs a semi-structured, multi-phase interview approach to understand barriers to product adoption and identify strategies to motivate use. It begins by establishing baseline attitudes and barriers to use and pressure tests those barriers to help determine the trigger points for initial trial and continued use. Based on insights from the various phases and collaborative ideation sessions, we generate messaging and marketing ideas aimed at shifting non-user perspectives. These initial ideas are further tested to refine and validate concepts that inspire product adoption. SRI’s UserEdge™ approach provides deep insights into treatment decision-making and product selection and equips clients with evidence-based strategies to overcome objections and expand product uptake.
