MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER FOR WEBSITE VISITORS

The arbitration will be administered privately by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) / JAMS under its applicable consumer or commercial rules, and the final decision rendered by the arbitrator will be binding. The location of the arbitration shall be Mercer County, New Jersey.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You explicitly waive the right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class-wide legal proceedings.
