Abir is a Director at SRI and has over 14 years of experience in bio-pharma consulting and brand management. He leads the SRI Insights office in Hyderabad, which was established in 2021. He has extensive client-side experience in integrated insights, marketing (brand strategy and brand planning), forecasting, BD&L, competitive intelligence, business analytics, and market research. Prior to SRI, he worked at Novartis as a Disease Area Lead (Group Lead) in Insights & analytics, and at ZS Associates as a management consultant specializing in primary market research and customer segmentation. He brings deep experience in brand planning, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and integrated insights and has supported global brand teams across multiple launches and therapy areas. His work spans diabetes, migraine, oncology, and rare diseases, with a focus on bringing clarity and strategic direction to complex market landscapes.
Bringing more than 25 years of expertise in biopharma insights and consulting, Venky focuses on advanced analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and brand strategy, with deep expertise across diverse therapy areas, including neuroscience, immunology, metabolic disorders, and oncology. He has directed large-scale research programs leveraging primary research and real-world data sources. Venky is recognized for his strong client leadership, analytical rigor, and ability to translate research into strategic action.
With over 20 years of experience in leading advanced analytics and real-world evidence strategy, Sudhakar helps pharmaceutical brands make confident, data-driven commercial decisions. With over 30 years in the technology industry, Siva T is a Director of Operations (Delivery and Resource Management) at SRI. He leads SRI’s delivery strategy for client engagements, with a special focus on the Big Data Analytics team. Backed by a strong scientific foundation in physiology and biophysics, David guides initiatives that connect clinical insight with commercial strategy, enabling clients to make informed and confident brand decisions. Sujatha is a Senior Director at SRI with more than 18 years of experience in market research and advanced analytics. She brings deep expertise in designing and delivering complex analytical solutions, leveraging both primary research and secondary data. She has led the primary research team for over a decade, overseeing end-to-end execution across a wide range of projects, including segmentation, conjoint analysis, tracking studies, patient chart studies, message testing, and behavioral economics modeling. In addition, Sujatha has extensive experience with various secondary data sources, applying them to longitudinal analyses and machine learning models and integrating them with primary research data. Her work consistently guides strategic decision-making and delivers meaningful insights for clients worldwide.
Will is a Senior Director at SRI with over 12 years of experience in the consulting/market research industry. His therapeutic area experience includes gastroenterology, oncology, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, women’s health, immunology, and vaccines. Will is well-versed in all aspects of primary market research and is a highly capable research manager who excels in all aspects of projects. Will is also experienced with secondary data analytics and has worked to enrich primary market research methodologies by incorporating claims data.
Prior to joining SRI, Will studied Healthcare Markets & Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, where his curriculum focused on vital aspects of the global healthcare industry, such as healthcare quality & outcomes and the various social & political determinants of health. He also completed a minor in Biology.
Harshad is a Senior Director at SRI and an accomplished business analytics leader with over 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, retail, media, and technology sectors. With a strong foundation in business administration and data analytics, he has guided organizations in opportunity assessment, forecasting, go-to-market strategy development, experimental design, and the advancement of data-driven decision-making.
He has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements, applying machine learning and classical statistical techniques to deliver insights that drive business outcomes. His publications in journals such as CHEST and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), along with poster presentations at the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA), reflect his commitment to advancing healthcare analytics and research. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDBM) from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, India, providing a strong foundation in business strategy and analytics.
Eva serves as a Senior Director at SRI, bringing more than 13 years of experience and broad therapeutic expertise across Vaccines, Women’s Health, Metabolic Disorders, Oncology, Immunology, Neurology, and additional specialty areas. Throughout her tenure, she has led a wide range of primary market research engagements, including ATUs, demand studies, segmentation, message testing, and other strategic insight initiatives. She enjoys helping clients make key strategic decisions across all stages of the product lifecycle. Her work spans both U.S. and global markets, giving her deep insight into regional dynamics and the complexities of international launch and lifecycle planning.

Ren is a director at SRI and has 8 years of experience with secondary data analytics in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industry. He has led secondary analytics projects in multiple therapy areas, including Neuroscience, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and Infectious Diseases. Prior to his current position, he was in the field of Healthcare IT consulting for 7 years. Ren has extensive experience working on subnational analytic projects. His academic background includes both undergraduate (Northwestern University) and M.B.A. degrees (University of Wisconsin – Madison).
Jenna is a Director at SRI with over 6 years of market research analytics experience. Her strong background includes a B.S. in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Dickinson College, as well as an M.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Washington. She has experience working on complex and diverse analyses utilizing primary and secondary data, including habits, segmentation, conjoint, derived importance, and impact analysis. She has worked in a variety of therapy areas, including vaccines, oncology, obesity, eye care, GI, neurology, and metabolic disease. Jenna’s strong coordination and leadership create a collaborative environment and drive the team to deliver strong analytic-based insights.
Matthew has over 12 years of experience in healthcare and life science marketing research, spanning both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. He has honed expertise in the qualitative space as a RIVA-trained moderator, and has worked extensively on the vendor side to support the launch and expansion of Fortune 500 healthcare brands across a myriad of disease states. He is fluent across all stages of product lifecycles, with extensive experience in brand positioning and messaging. Matthew’s therapeutic-area expertise covers a broad range of conditions, including oncology, cardiovascular / metabolic health (with deep experience in Diabetes and Obesity), nephrology, neurology, and respiratory, in addition to numerous other rare and orphan diseases. He brings to his clients’ projects an appetite for translating the voice of the customer into meaningful business insights, and prides himself on being a strategic partner through innovative methodologies, inquisitive and intentional moderating techniques, and thoughtful analysis. Matthew holds BA in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – where he graduated with Highest Distinction – and has leveraged a robust educational foundation throughout his career in research and consulting.
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in qualitative research across healthcare, Fortune 500 CPG brands (including OTCs), Higher Education, Medical Food & Emerging Technologies. She leverages her cross-category knowledge to bring cutting-edge research and strategy to her pharmaceutical clients, whether in ideation, insight mining, concept writing, or positioning, across all product life cycles. An adaptable style that forges bonds across cohorts to elicit deep insight from HCPs and establishes trust and compassion between patients and caregivers. Specific expertise across multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Immunology, Depression, Allergy/ Respiratory (Asthma, COPD, and anaphylaxis), Schizophrenia, Diabetes, and many others. With an Honors BA in Journalism & Philosophy and previous experience as a Journalist, Lisa combines a thoughtful, inquisitive approach with the practical skills that ensure a committed attention to detail with a potent writing style.
Heather is an Associate Consultant in Qualitative Research at SRI who joined the firm in 2022. Heather is passionate about innovating the healthcare landscape to improve the lives of patients and families and is immersing herself in the qualitative market research space. Her prior healthcare experience includes 6+ years of pediatric clinical care at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, first as an inpatient bedside nurse and then as a clinical research nurse practitioner. Her area of clinical focus was on rare disease pediatric research with a specialty background in both endocrinology and metabolism. She has worked on multiple industry-sponsored clinical trials, allowing her to develop expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Heather received her BSN and MSN from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Heather is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Acute-Chronic Care and holds an additional MSN in Healthcare Administration, also from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hailey is a skilled market researcher with over 4 years of experience as a moderator, global researcher, and analyst. Her passion for the healthcare industry existed before her pharmaceutical market research career began — when completing her dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Media & Communications from Muhlenberg College, she conducted numerous research initiatives on perspectives of various addiction treatment centers and harm reduction/contingency management strategies. Her research was later accepted for presentation at the 32nd annual APS convention. Since the start of her career in market research, she has consistently found joy in analyzing responses and uncovering deeper insights. She has amassed a large portfolio of experience across various therapeutic areas, including hematology, gastroenterology, immunology, dermatology, and oncology.
