DUOS™

Duos™ is a proprietary qualitative research methodology designed to capture the full arc of real‑world, multi‑party healthcare conversations, from sales representative to HCP to patient or caregiver. It addresses the challenge that pivotal, influential discussions typically happen outside formal research, where they are later relayed in incomplete, one‑sided, and porous ways. Duos inserts research into these moments by having moderators observe and then separately probe each participant, revealing what was actually said, what was internalized, and what was lost or distorted in translation across touchpoints.

The approach actively listens to each pitch (rep → HCP, HCP → patient/caregiver) and uncovers communication strengths, weaknesses, unanswered questions, and emotional responses. Core deliverables include clear guidance on how to optimally script the setup, emphasize the right benefits across cohorts, and fix gaps in messaging so that all parties are aligned.
