Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst – Survey Programming to join our Programming and Quality Control team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative survey programming solutions, ensuring high-quality survey deliverables, and effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative, non-standard programming solutions to address complex survey requirements.
• Program surveys accurately and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure timely project completion and proactively communicate any delays, risks, or alternative solutions when necessary.
• Understand client requirements through active listening and effective communication.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by generating ideas, insights, and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with onshore teams and internal stakeholders to deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Explore advanced programming techniques and propose new ideas to enhance the company’s survey programming capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in survey programming and project execution.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively supporting knowledge sharing and peer learning within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and supporting skill development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork to achieve collective goals and maintain a high-performance work environment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MR survey Programming tools, specifically in Sawtooth-Lighthouse Studio.
• Work Experience in Healthcare project handling.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist attitude.
• Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in team management is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in survey programming using Sawtooth-Lighthouse Studio is mandatory
• Work experience in the healthcare domain is required
