MessageCraft™

MessageCraft™, SRI’s Message Testing offering, is a qualitative research methodology designed to identify and refine core messages that best support a brand’s strategic objectives. It evaluates messages for clarity, credibility, motivation, memorability, and relevance to the target audience, including message interpretation and emotional responses. The process involves a semi-structured approach where participants sort and prioritize messages to build the most motivating story flow. The method probes to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for message improvement, helping to address potential confusion or gaps.
